I'm now on a mission to help as many people and companies that I can to rethink and leverage brand in a much more powerful way! 



Why? Because companies are missing the mark by thinking brand is just marketing...when it's so much more. Others can mimic your products and out-shout your marketing, but they can't duplicate your brand's culture.   



As a seasoned brand leader, I saw something missing in most business strategies. Having spent years navigating both inspirational and deeply dysfunctional workplaces, I realized the power of brand was often misunderstood and it was time for a real brand intervention.
